The Venue

NYA2008 takes place in the Apex Dundee City Quay Hotel.  You can visit the hotel website HERE. 

Arriving and Departing

Arrival time is ideally around 4.00pm on Friday, although rooms should be available from 2.00pm.

Dinner is 5.30 - 6.45, first session begins at 7.00pm.  If youre going to arrive after 6.45pm make sure you eat en route.

Departure on Monday will be around 4.30 after communion.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the nearest railway station, Dundee.

There is plenty of free parking if you are your are bringing own car. 

The Rooms

The Apex is a 4 star hotel.  Rooms can be seen HERE.

All rooms have hairdryers, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap etc.

The Yu Spa

The hotel gym and spa (HERE) are available for all to use so bring your swimming gear and trainers.  Towels are provided.

Dinner on Saturday Evening is Formal

Bring posh frocks/kilts if you want, no one will be turned away if they are in jeans and a t shirt though.
